Terms of use

The service

Telwah records your falcons' daily weights, ratings, food and flight times and shows the weight band where each falcon performs best.

We may add, change or remove features as the app develops.

Your account

• One account per person. Keep your phone and sign-in method secure; anything done through your account is treated as done by you.
• You are responsible for the falconers you add. Add only email addresses of people you trust; anyone who signs in with an added address sees your falcons.
• Give accurate information. We may close accounts created with false details.

Intellectual property and acceptable use

The app, its design, its screens and flows, and its analysis belong to Cohort. Using Telwah does not give you any rights to them beyond using the service as intended.

You agree not to:

• Access other people's data, probe or overload the service, or bypass its security.
• Copy, scrape, resell or reverse-engineer the app, or reproduce its designs, screens or flows.
• Access the service by automated means, such as bots or scrapers, without our written permission.
• Use Telwah for any activity that breaks the law, including wildlife and falconry regulations that apply to you.

Subscriptions

• Telwah starts with a free trial. After it, plans are monthly subscriptions billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, at the price shown in the store.
• Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel it.
• Cancel any time from your App Store or Google Play account settings; we cannot cancel a subscription on your behalf.
• Access continues until the end of the period you already paid for; we do not give partial refunds for the unused part of a period.
• The Team plan covers up to 150 falcons. Larger farms are supported by agreement with us directly.

Your data

Your falcon records belong to you. You give us permission to store and process them only to provide the service described in the privacy policy. You can export or delete them at any time.

Not veterinary advice

Best-weight bands, trends and weight-loss alerts are statistical aids based on the numbers you enter. They are not veterinary advice and can be wrong, especially with few sessions. You remain fully responsible for the health, feeding and flying of your birds. Consult a veterinarian for any health concern.

Availability

We work to keep Telwah running, but it is provided as is, without a guarantee of uninterrupted service. The app keeps working offline and syncs later. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

Hardware

The Telwah Timer & Sensor is sold under separate purchase terms provided at the time of ordering.

Account deletion

Delete your account at any time in Settings → Account → Delete account. Your account then sleeps for 30 days: signing back in during that time restores everything exactly as it was. After 30 days it is permanently erased and cannot be recovered.

Ending the agreement

We may end the agreement if you break these terms or if we discontinue the service, with reasonable notice where possible.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Cohort is not liable for indirect losses, lost data you did not sync, or any loss of, or harm to, a bird. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the previous twelve months.

Law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and its courts. When the terms change we update the date at the top and tell you in the app for material changes. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
